The Basic Package flat fee is $2,999. This includes:
Access to our automated tools, including the offer generator
Customer support chat and email
Six (6) offers that can be submitted and negotiated using our negotiator
One home visit with a licensed real estate agent (usually used for inspections)
The Full Service Package flat fee is $4,499. This package is tailored for those who prefer a more traditional, guided home buying experience. It comes included with the following:
Dedicated agent support with personalised assistance and insight
Ten (10) offers that can be submitted and negotiated using our negotiator
One hour (1) of lawyer review time for legal counsel
Two (2) home visits with a licensed real estate agent (usually used for inspections)
Beyond the packages we offer a la carte services:
Submitting and negotiating offer (beyond the offers included in your package) - $50
Hourly rate for real estate agent for home viewings - $75
Hourly rate for paralegal - $190
Hourly rate for lawyer - $350
In addition, we have 100% cashback on mortgages available exclusively to ZVR customers. Mortgage brokers typically receive 1% of the mortgage amount as commission, and we rebate it back to you, enabling a total of more than 100% cashback on real estate commission. The flat fee for adding the mortgage service is $999.
